Shipping & Delivery Policy – Beyond Line Qatar (beyondlineqa.com)

1. Delivery Within the UAE

  • We offer free delivery for all purchases above AED 1000.

  • For orders below AED 1000, a flat shipping fee of AED 20 will apply.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

2. Delivery to GCC Countries (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain)

  • Estimated delivery timeline: 5 to 7 working days.

  • A flat delivery fee of AED 150 is charged for all GCC orders.

3. International Shipping & Customs Duties

  • For shipments outside the UAE, including GCC and international destinations, customs and import duties may apply once the package reaches your country.

  • These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees.

  • If you refuse the delivery due to customs charges, these costs will be deducted from your refund as the courier will have already paid them on your behalf.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand potential charges.

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

4. Delivery Commitments

  • While we make every effort to deliver your order on or before the promised date, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, we will notify you promptly with revised delivery details.

  • To the extent permitted by law, Beyond Line shall not be held liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense arising from delayed delivery.

5. Order Confirmation

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order and payment confirmation via email.

6. Proof of Identity

  • Upon delivery, you may be asked to present a valid ID. Please be ready to show your Emirates ID, passport, or driving license for verification purposes.
